📸 活動花絮 | Off-Campus手作狀元糕體驗（2019 Summer）

6月26日下午，我們到台中市南屯老街上的「林金生香餅舖‧延香所」參加手作體驗課程！在融合土角厝、日式紅磚拱門及歐風巴洛克風格的老建築內，一起品茗、DIY台灣傳統糕點。
　
“We went to 延香所 to have a sense and feeling on making our own tea. Although I usually drink tea with my parents and elders, I do lack knowledge on the origin of the tea leaves and the creation of the tea.
I have tasted plenty types of tea, but little did I appreciate the beauty and elegance inside it. Tea is just like the relationship between humans: only when you put in time and effort can you find the subtle elements which had camouflaged in it.”, written by Aaron Huang.
　
“Although I don’t really like Taiwanese traditional pastry, I enjoy the process making it. It was fun seeing all the generations throughout the year making the same product, and letting us experience the traditional way of making these Taiwanese traditional pastry.
The tea tasting experience was extraordinary, because as a teenager, I wouldn’t want to do things like this. People usually think that only older people would do this activity, but it’s a very special experience. It feels like we’re getting the chance to taste nature.”, written by Ocean Chuang.
